I love my Vanguard Roth IRA. We do not charge fees for accounts and their funds offer some of the cost ratios low.
Vanguard is a low cost as the leading investment firms - Fidelity, the second is known.

I've always been happy with Fidelity - http://www.fidelity.com/
They require no fees to open or manage all of their retirement accounts, including Roth IRA. The only fees that brokerage to buy or sell mutual funds, stocks, etc., in your account.
Vanguard is very good. This is my Roth IRA, and I was very happy with them.
